Become a PPC Executive

We’re looking for a PPC Executive to join our growing team! Reporting into the Senior Search Manager, you will help execute our strategy across our growing Shopping, Search and Display channels. Working as part of the Paid Media team, you will take ownership of the campaign execution, optimisation, and reporting process for Paid Search.

Your Mission

• Managing campaigns across Shopping, Search and Display to deliver on weekly traffic, revenue, and efficiency targets.
• Reviewing performance daily and suggesting and implementing continual optimisations of paid activity to provide cost efficient, incremental value to the channel.
• Assist in development and delivery of a robust test and learn strategy.
• Reporting on a campaign effectiveness to a high standard offering context and insight to wider teams.
• Building cross-functional campaigns that align with wider business trading plans.
• Working closely with the creative team to ensure ads are on-brand, up-to-date and high performing.
• Develop strong relationships with all internal departments and external partners.

Skills that will set you apart

• 1-3 years paid search experience with good understanding of paid search principles and best practices.
• Ability to spot trends in data and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Understanding of marketing attribution / incrementality testing
• A background in retail or eCommerce is preferred.
• Experience using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Editor and Bing Ads platforms.

• IT literate with advance knowledge of all Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Understanding of Organic Search (SEO) techniques and how these complement a Paid Search strategy.
• Up-to-date on the latest trends, features and releases.
