Location


Hybrid < 1-2 days in the office/Support Centre on Hams Hall Distribution Park, Coleshill.

Reporting into the Head of Brand Marketing, this is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our brand. Working collaboratively to deliver our messages to our customers, through the best channels at the right times ensuring every message hits the bullseye by aligning with our customer's mindsets and missions.

Your Mission


  • Working with commercial, marketing and ecommerce, lead the planning and coordination of all customer campaigns across the business managing critical paths and milestones.
  • Work with wider marketing teams to ensure that appropriate level of support is planned for all campaigns.
  • Manage end to end campaign briefs working closely with the in-house design studio.
  • Contribute to the creation of the annual customer plan, identifying opportunities to drive brand awareness and business performance.
  • Manage and coordinate campaign wash ups.
  • Manage the creation and execution of the content plan to support the annual customer plan, developing cost efficient content that delivers cut through and resonates with the core target audience.
  • Manage photography briefing and delivery.
  • Support the Head of Brand Marketing in developing and delivering an integrated Marketing PR & communications strategy in line with the business objectives, marketing strategy and budgets.
  • Champion and protect our brand ensuring all communications are consistent across all customer touchpoints and always reflect our vision and brand values.
  • Budget management
  • Lead, inspire and motivate the team and our agencies to deliver brilliant brand and campaign plans.

  • A proven track record in Brand Marketing with knowledge across multiple marketing disciplines.
  • Substantial experience in campaign and content management.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders, effective communication, and exceptional influencing skills.
  • Excellent project management skills and experience in working in a demanding, fast paced changing environment with the ability to oversee multiple projects.
  • Experience leading PR activity/projects.
  • Experience of retail is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Experience of managing a small team.
