The bit "About the Role"

You will support the merchandising team in Maximising sales and profit across specific product groups for all channels through effective stock management and analysis. This role is key in supporting the delivery of the sales plans.

In addition you will be:

  • Supporting the Merchandiser with forecasts for sales volume taking into account promotions, new ranges and seasons
  • Assist to manage stock intake plans to deliver sales.
  • Supporting the Merchandiser with management of all aspects of Merchandising KPI’s
  • Working with the allocation team to ensure correct levels of product are allocated to stores
  • Supporting with range reviews and promotions
  • Highlighting lines and recommending actions to be taken on over and under-performing lines
  • Providing relevant analysis as required to support correct business decisions
  • Building good working relationships with Buyers, Allocation team, Web, Distribution, and IT
  • Ensuring all information is correctly attributed in the system for analysis
  • Setting up and management of new lines on the system
  • Passionate about Retail and Merchandising!
