We're casting our net to look for an experienced chef de partie to join our busy kitchen crew. Cooking skills and knowledge are important, but our chef de parties are mainly passionate, reliable and always willing to expand their knowledge in exchange for development.

We value everyone’s creativity and imagination especially when it comes to creating new dishes and menus.

Close to the area’s iconic galleries and museums, our cosy dining room and basement bar ‘The Mermaid’ is a laid-back favourite. We value everyone that walks through our doors whether it’s a hungry guest or a vibrant chef de partie.

We are known for our incredible and ethically sourced seafood. We strive to deliver only the best. We take great pride in serving our deliciously fresh oysters and seafood daily from very own Wright Brothers Wholesale - It doesn’t get fresher than that.

A minimum of 1 years’ experience in similar position and environment required.
