We are a family-owned seafood specialist, sourcing premium sustainable seafood for over 20 years. Our story began with our co-founders Ben and Robin becoming oyster merchants. This has developed into the UK’s leading seafood supplier, Wright Brothers wholesale, supplying over 500 restaurants across the UK. Most recently we have launched our online fishmonger, Wright Brothers at Home, supplying that same quality seafood direct to your door nationwide. We are proud to have three London restaurants of our own located in the iconic neighbourhoods of Battersea Power Station, Borough Market and South Kensington.

Our charming South Kensington site is a neighbourhood favourite and we are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and ambitious Junior Sous Chef to support the Head Chef & Sous Chef lead the kitchen team to deliver innovative dishes and exceptional service. This role is perfectly suited for a Junior Sous or Senior CDP who is looking to progress their career and develop their skills.


Who You Will Be & What You Will Do: 

  • Passionate about Seafood - We source directly from our Wright Brothers Wholesale suppliers in Billingsgate and Brixham to ensure fresh and premium offering for our menu. 
  • Creative – our ever-evolving menu and specials provide opportunities to experiment and develop recipes for our menus.
  • Natural Leader – strong people and organisation skills, lead by example and work with the team to ensure the smooth service and daily operations.
  • Comfortable managing kitchen processes (H&S compliance, orders) in the absence of SC/HC ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Financial awareness – a basic understanding of costings, GP and budgets is desirable but a willingness to learn and develop these skills is more important.
