Internal Communications Support
- drafting of communications (staff
announcements, project updates, business changes/updates) in various languages
for the respective stakeholder’s publishing in line with Corporate standards
and brand specific’s comms
- Internal Communications Platform/System
champion and key driver to increase activity and engagement with workforce
- Organises and coordinates the Europe
Staff Communication Sessions
- Coordinates with key stakeholders to
support in driving communication, accessibility & information to end users
on key topics (i.e. Training, Projects, Development)
- Develops framework and guidelines for
internal communications management with Europe business defined by various
ownership types (internal owned, franchise, third party etc.)
- Builds annual engagement and content
calendar (Europe wide)
- Works with HR to regularly
(bi-monthly) update Organisation Charts for internal sharing
Engagement & Recognition
- Supports HR team with Global &
Local Engagement Survey, action plans and necessary updates.
- Works with RGM’s/Area Manager’s &
HR Rep’s to arrange, coordinate on individual ‘on-the-ground’ engagement
sessions with location managers and Corporate Office Admin Support.
- Builds framework and toolkit for location-based
lodging property on best practise communication & engagement
- Manages the Europe Cluster ‘Stars of
Ascott’ employee recognition programme quarterly and annually
Employer Branding (internal)
- Develops proposed framework for Employer
of Choice adaptability for Ascott Europe
- Creates internal programme
facilitating the showcase of ‘internal mobility’ and jobs within Ascott Europe,
focusing on the new brands evolution
Project Management
- Drives HR/IT on key project planning
to transfer from Workplace to (new tool), with 3rd party partner (CoCentric)
- Supports with Europe based Employer Branding social media content creation
- Supports with any ad-hoc event management within Europe (i.e. Staff
Communications/Town Halls)
- Supports IT with Internal Intranet set up and management
