Description

We are seeking an experienced and confident Sales Coordinator (Groups) to become part of our Team at The Ascott Hospitality UK.

As our Sales Coordinator (Groups), you will:

  • Support the Reservations team by responding to all group reservations enquiries in a timely manner, ensuring the clients' requirements are met and expectations managed
  • Coordinate requests for proposals and contracts for London properties
  • Drive up-selling of rooms, supporting Company's performance
  • Compile reports as and when necessary
  • Support the Sales team with Groups enquiries
  • Use RMS system to amend, correct and confirm reservations
  • Take ownership of all Groups related tasks in the absence of the Groups Executive
  • Handle guest complaints with a genuine caring attitude
