Country Creatures operates some the best Pubs and Restaurants in the Cotswolds,

The food and concept is simple but based around using the best ingredients available and treating them with skill and respect.

The Company – Luxury Pub & Restaurants – Sous Chef

They Operate some of the Cotswolds most loved Restaurants and have a reputation for great hospitality and award-winning food. More new openings and opportunities planned for 2022.

The role – To cook great food with passion – Sous Chef

  • To be able to lead a team and train young chefs
  • To be able to oversee busy services (150 Covers)
  • To work with the head chef in developing menu ideas 
  • To bring great energy to the team

Essential Experience – Must be a team player first – Sous Chef

  • Must have experience from quality high-end kitchens
  • Used to dealing with the very best produce - Meat & Fish
  • Proven success and great references
  • Lots of Grill and fire cooking a big bonus
  • Leading teams of chefs

The Package – Sous Chef 

  •  Working with an amazing Head Chef and senior team
  • State of the art kitchen
  • Using the best ingredients
  • Tips worth up to £5000 per year
