Description

The company operates some the best Pubs and Restaurants in the Cotswolds and this is their brand-new concept. The Head Chef is senior guy from Hawksmoor relocating from London.

The food and concept is simple but based around using the best ingredients available and treating them with skill and respect.

Open kitchen with lots of cooking over fire …!!! Working with chef Henrik Ritzen (previously 1 Michelin Star at Aquavit London) who has created an exceptionally diverse menu.

The Company – Luxury Pub & Restaurants – Chef de partie  

They Operate some of the Cotswolds most loved Restaurants and have a reputation for great hospitality and award-winning food. More new openings and opportunities planned for 2021.

The role – To cook great food with passion – Chef de partie

  • To be able to work and develop with the team
  • To be able to oversee a section during busy services (150 Covers)
  • To work with the team in developing menu ideas 
  • To bring a great energy to every service
  • To ensure the hygiene standard of the premises remain high
  • Ensure stock is of highest quality and that at all times we have what is needed to fulfil the menu
  • Ensure the kitchen remains clean and tidy

Essential Experience – Must be a team player first – Chef de partie

  • Must have experience from quality high-end kitchens
  • Used to dealing with the very best produce - Meat & Fish
  • Lots of Grill and fire cooking a big bonus

The Package – Chef de partie – 26k (excluding service charge)

  • Working with an amazing Head Chef and senior team
  • You will be part of the brand-new opening
  • State of the art kitchen
  • Using the best ingredients
