If you are a talented and enthusiastic Head Waiter/Waitress or Restaurant Supervisor who is looking for an exciting opportunity keen to step up to a management role , then this could be the role for you. The company operates some the best award winning Pubs and Restaurants in the Cotswolds and this is their brand-new concept. Think beautiful traditional Cotswolds pub with a luxury new makeover.

It will be a mix of a warm local Cotswold pub but with a cool vibe, the food concept centred around open flame cooking and big cuts from the open counter kitchen, attracting foodies and food critics from around the UK.

The Company – Luxury Pub & Restaurants – Head Waiter or Waitress

They Operate some of the Cotswolds most loved restaurants, pubs and inns and have a reputation for great hospitality and award-winning food & drink operations. There will be more new openings and opportunities planned for 2022.

The role – Head Waiter or Waitress

We are looking for the warmest, most hospitable team out there. You will be part of the heart of the operation where guests relax and unwind. You will deliver and enhance the very best pub restaurant and dining experience through warm service and genuine hospitality. 

Essential Experience – Head Waiter or Waitress

As Head Waiter or Waitress:

·       A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar environment

·       Assist in ensuring the restaurant is running to an extremely high standard.

·       Have a super friendly, warm yet professional personality.

·       Be a strong team player.

·       Be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter throughout the team.

·       A good bar knowledge is desirable but not a requirement as we do provide in house training .

·       You will need to have an appreciation and understanding in the basics of wines.

·       We are looking for individuals that have an exceptional eye for detail, that have a thirst for knowledge and a passion for our industry.

·       The restaurant serves around 80-100 covers per service and they have an A La Carte Menu along with a gastro pub grub menu with          wine pairings.

The Package – Head Waiter or Waitress – Highly competitive dependant on experience  

  • Working with an amazing front of house and back of house senior team.
  • You will be part of a newly opened concept, training, top end food and wine service and a Michelin Star executive chef  
  • Big focus on training and development.
  • Using the best ingredients from the region
  • This restaurant boasts about inviting a celebrity chef to cook once every month for their famous chef series
