The company operates some the best Pubs and Restaurants in the Cotswolds and this is their brand-new concept. Think beautiful traditional Cotswolds pub with a luxury new makeover.

It will be a mix of a warm local Cotswold pub but with a cool vibe, the food concept centred around open flame cooking and big cuts from the open counter kitchen, attracting foodies from around the UK.

The Company – Luxury Pub & Restaurants – Night Porter / Cleaner

They Operate some of the Cotswolds most loved restaurants, pubs and inns and have a reputation for great hospitality and award-winning food & drink operations. There will be more new openings and opportunities planned for 2021.

• Working with an amazing front of house and back of house senior team.
• You will be part of the brand-new opening, recruitment, training and development
• Big focus on training and development.

The Role - Night Porter / Cleaner

We are looking for the warmest, most hospitable people out there. You will be helping to run a key part of our operation, where guests relax receive a warm and friendly welcome. As part of the team will create and deliver a warm service with genuine hospitality. 

Role will involve:

- Cleaning public areas 

- Cleaning the kitchen

- Assisting with restaurant setup for Breakfast and/or functions as required

- Checking in of any late arriving guests

- Checking out any early departing guests

- In charge of building security, general fire safety and evacuation during the night

Essential Experience – Night Porter / Cleaner 

·      Very well organised 

.      Dependable, honest and trustworthy individual who can work on own initiative

·      Good people skills
