Essential Experience – Waiter or Waitress

As Server or Runner:

·        Experience in hospitality or similar environment (preferred, but not essential)

·        Assist in ensuring the restaurant is running to an extremely high standard.

·        Have a friendly, warm yet professional personality.

·        Be a strong team player.

·        Be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter throughout the team.

·        You have a basic food and drink knowledge

·        You will need to have an appreciation and understanding in the basics of wines.

·        We are looking for individuals that have an exceptional eye for detail, that have a thirst for knowledge and a passion for our industry.

·        Greet customer as they enter premises and see them to a table, ensure any special requirements are actioned

·        Take customers drink and food orders accurately

·        Work with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure food and drink order fulfilled

The Package –Waiter – dependant on experience  

• Working with an amazing front of house and back of house senior team.
• Big focus on training and development.
• Using the best ingredients from the region
• 25% off Double Red Duke dining / other Country Creatures sites.
