 What we are looking for in our Floor Staff Roles

• Previous Experience in a wait or floor role is a must, preferably within a pub environment.

• A great attitude and a passion for hospitality remains a critical ingredient.

• You must love to chat to people and get to know what makes them tick.

• Have a can do attitude and takes initiative

• Teamwork, commitment to delighting our guests and reliability are the other key ingredients.

We're a genuinely friendly team and we'll certainly give you all the tools you need to be successful, whilst letting your personality shine through. 

Key Floor Staff Responsibilities

• Greeting and seating guests as they come in to the pub

• Taking and serving orders for both drinks and food

• Maintaining a clean and tidy environment at all times

• Managing guest queries and ensuring that they are resolved promptly and satisfactorily

• Working as a team with the kitchen and other front of house team members to ensure that the pub runs smoothly and efficiently

The Faber Fox is a fantastic looking site, occupying a prime spot on Westow Hill.

It rounds up all the best bits a neighbourhood pub can offer including: a large bar and dining space serving delicious food and drink from local suppliers and producers; a dedicated sports area featuring giant screens showing all the latest games; and a heated outdoor garden and terrace boasting some of the area’s best views out over the capital.

First and foremost our Wait and Floor Staff will support the team in the delivery of Livelyhood’s offering that has our five Lively Ways (values) of Authentic, Daring, People, Lively and Sustainable at its very heart.
