DEPUTY/ASSISTANT MANAGER – THE INDIA COLLECTION

Background

MW Eat is a financially strong, highly-regarded, well-managed London restaurant company specialising in Indian cuisines, covering both upmarket informal dining and fine dining.

These comprise Masala Zone restaurants & Amaya, Chutney Mary, Veeraswamy restaurants. They are all acclaimed & regarded as amongst the best of their type, irrespective of cuisine.

The Role

You will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in delivering a consistently outstanding customer service experience in a high-quality restaurant environment. Key aspects of the role include:

  • Leading service from the front through a high level of personal engagement with & recognition of our customers
  • Meticulous detail to service standards & ensuring staff are cheerful, welcoming, attentive & efficient in looking after our customers
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in the training & development of the restaurant team

About you:

  • At least 5 years’ experience as an Assistant or Deputy Manager in a successful high-quality restaurant
  • Experience in an Indian Fine Dining restaurant
  • Experience working within a multi-cultural environment

We offer:

·Remuneration circa £37,000 - £50,000, dependent on experience
