MW Eat is a financially strong, highly-regarded, well-managed London restaurant company specialising in Indian cuisines, covering both upmarket informal dining and fine dining.
These comprise Masala Zone restaurants & Amaya, Chutney Mary, Veeraswamy restaurants. They are all acclaimed & regarded as amongst the best of their type, irrespective of cuisine.

THE POSITION
Sous Chef
REQUIREMENTS
• Extensive experience working with Fine Dining Indian Cuisine, preferably up to 10 years of experience
• Knowledge of regional Indian food, including curries, vegetables, snacks, tandoor marinades and basic Indian desserts
• Should be passionate about cooking real Indian food
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Culinary qualifications are preferable but not essential
