Job description

About the role

As a front of house team member, you will be responsible for friendly and efficient service at high volume in our venues, whether it’s a live concert, club night or private party.

You will be expected to:

  • Familiarise yourself with different ticket types and accurately scan tickets.
  • Handle guest lists on show days, checking in guests and providing any necessary assistance.
  • Work at speed whilst maintaining a clean and efficient high-volume operation
  • Ensure that guests coats and bags are safely deposited within the cloak room
  • Interact with guests to receive their articles, exchange tickets for their corresponding items, and return them to their owners
  • Maintain cloakrooms organisation and cleanliness
  • Communicate with supervisors and managers any issues that may arise with equipment or customers
  • Work as a team to achieve targets whilst contributing to a supportive and fun working environment.

About you

You will need some experience in a FOH or Box Office experience, preferably in a high volume environment; and an understanding of POS systems. However the most important quality in a candidate is a passion for music and nightlife, and contributing to a memorable experience for our guests, artists and clients.

If you have a love for entertainment, creativity and people from all walks of life, you will fit right in.

We love discovering talent. If you are looking for growth, you will find a host of opportunities ahead - whether that be progressing to management, producing a show, or performing in front of a crowd!
