Bar Focused - Food and Beverage Assistant
Description
We are looking to recruit a Bar focused Food and Beverage Assistant within our Food and Beverage department at The Lowry Hotel - Manchester’s Iconic five-star hotel.
As a member of the food and beverage team your focus will be professional and efficient bar service. You will be working a wide range of high end products and be involved in creating our exclusive cocktails.
As a Food and Beverage team member your primary focus will be the main hotel bar however the Food and Beverage department covers River Restaurant, Lowry Lounge Bar, Room Service and our conference and Events department for The Lowry Hotel. The Lowry Lounge and Bar was recently refurbished and has a luxury, modern feel attracting exclusive guests.
The ideal candidate will preferably have previous bar experience, excellent customer care and social skills, be able to work using their own initiative and the ability to work as part of a dynamic team.
The role is on a casual basis and will also involve working at weekends and may involve early starts and late finishes.
The Lowry Hotel’s service Brand Pillars of ‘Iconic’, ‘Individual’ and ‘Intuitive’ service delivery are key attributes to all candidates for this role.
