An exciting vacancy of Conference & Banqueting Manager has arisen at the five-star Lowry Hotel - Manchester’s Iconic five-star hotel.

You will report directly into the Food and Beverage Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of conferences, banquets and other events in a floor solely dedicated to delivering this service. You will be required to co-ordinate and liase between departments to ensure the smooth running of an event, whilst ensuring professionalism and a five-star service is provided at all times.

The ideal candidate will have excellent guest care skills, be able to work using initiative, standards driven, and the ability to lead and manage a team. Previous experience of working as a Conference & Banqueting Manager is desirable.

The hours of work are on a shift basis including weekends, early & late shift. Therefore flexibility is essential.
