An exciting vacancy for a Spa Receptionist to cover maternity has arisen at The Lowry Hotel - Manchester’s Iconic five-star hotel. Please note this is a fixed-term contract role for the duration of 12 months.
Working as part of a team and reporting to the spa manager, your responsibilities will include conducting all spa operations tasks in line with the business needs to the highest standard whilst ensuring guest comfort and welfare at all times. You will also have to develop a good understanding of all treatments and products enabling you to encourage sales and inform clients about treatments actively.
The ideal candidate will have excellent guest care skills, and reception experience and be fully knowledgeable in spa operations. Previous working knowledge of Elemis products and treatments is desirable but not essential. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills and have a ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude.
The hours of work are on a shift basis five days out of seven including weekends.
