Our Restaurant Supervisor role

As our Restaurant Supervisor you’ll assist the restaurant managers in overseeing the day-to-day running of the Rampsbeck Restaurant and the Living Space. Successful candidates will be friendly, hardworking and customer-focused. You’ll keep smiling even on the busiest of days, so that guests only ever experience first-class, flawless service.

As our Restaurant Supervisor you’ll be:

• Helping to ensure the continued smooth running of the Restaurant & Bar and The Courtyard
• Deputising for the Restaurant Manager, when required
• Working with the Head Chef and Restaurant Manager to improve all aspects of our food service
• Assisting in the ongoing training, development and performance management of a large team
• Handling guest complaints, requests and enquiries in a relaxed yet professional manner
• Helping to create a safe environment for both staff and guests and adhere to the company’s health and safety policy and procedures

The skills you’ll be sharing with us:

• A friendly and outgoing personality
• A passion for proving the best customer service possible
• Previous supervisory experience
• Ability to work in and manage a team
• Attention to detail
• The ability to remain calm under pressure
