Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out inspections of the hotel to identify and resolve issues.
• Maintain Air conditioning plant
• General refrigeration PPM
• Boiler plant checks and monitoring
• Adherence to the hotel PPM schedule
• Carry out electrical installations
• Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Full working knowledge of computer systems BMS/Opera/training will be provided
• Perform administrative tasks as required
• Coach, train & develop our team members
• Coordinate work performed by outside contractors
