Chilled Pubs is an award winning and growing pub company with five beautiful, cosy pub restaurants in fantastic locations in Derbyshire. We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate Baker to help our team of warm and friendly chefs in our central production kitchen based at The Swan at Walton on Trent.
We need creative people who just love the buzz of being part of a ‘warm and friendly’ team
If you are:

- Guest Obsessed and understand the importance of little touches that make guests go WOW.
- Positive and energetic
- Someone who really cares about your team, with a warm and friendly approach to coaching
- A stickler for detail and 5 star food safety
- Creative and passionate about food quality
You will absolutely love working in Chilled pubs.
What will the job involve?
You will be working in our Central production kitchen as part of a skilled and very warm and friendly team of chefs.
Your role will be to make fresh authentic pizza dough, home-made breads and brioche buns each day and to deliver them to our pubs ready for service.
The hours will predominantly be in the day- time but you need to be flexible.
You will be required to drive our delivery van so will need a clean driving licence and will need to be over 25 years of age.
We are a premium fresh food business so you will need to have strong technical fresh food cooking skills and be passionate about looking for ways to deliver consistently WOW food to a high standard.
We have industry leading food safety systems so you will need to be comfortable working with kitchen management systems or happy and eager to learn how to use new ones.
