Bar Back - £13.50-15/hour OTE (including Tronc)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Barback to join the bar team at one of our Cubitt House Pubs.  As a Barback, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the bar team, ensuring service runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands-on position perfect for someone eager to learn, work at pace, and be part of a high-energy, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support bartenders during service by keeping the bar fully stocked and organised.
• Replenish glassware, ice, garnishes, and bar supplies throughout service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and back-of-house areas.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including deliveries and stock rotation.
• Work closely with the bar and floor teams to ensure seamless service.
• Uphold Cubitt House standards of quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.

Skills & Experience

• Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred but not essential.
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and team-focused mindset.
• Interest in drinks, bars, and hospitality.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
