As we approach the opening launch of the Gym and Wellness centre at Theobalds Estate, we invite applications for Self Employed Reformer Pilates Instructors;

The Reformer Pilates instructor delivers safe, effective and engaging Reformer based sessions for members of all abilities. The role blends technical teaching skill with exceptional client care, ensuring every participant feels supported, challenged and confident in their progress. Instructors uphold Theobalds' studio standards, contribute to a positive team culture and help create a premium training environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Reformer Pilates Instructor:

  1. Inspirational- Lead dynamic Reformer Pilates classes that are safe, structured and aligned with the studio's training philosophy.
  2. Knowledgeable- Provide clear, confident instruction to a wide variety of abilities.
  3. Aware- Offer progressives and regressions to accommodate mixed abilities.
  4. Informed- Maintain excellent technique standards, correcting form and prevent injury.
  5. Inclusive- create a welcoming and inclusive class environment including music to set the tone.
  6. Organised- ensure the studio is clean, organised and set up prior to the class starting.

It is also desirable for instructors to have the flexibility to lead more classes as membership of the Gym and Wellness centre programme grows.

All applicants must hold a CIMSPA recognised Reformer Pilates qualification. 

Instructors must hold the Right to Work in the UK, along with having insurance and tax documents available for checking.
