Having recently launched the stunning, state of the art Health Club, we move on to renovating all accommodation and surroundings, restaurants and conferencing spaces,, including it's 54 acres and 140+ rooms,
in this exciting period of returning Theobalds Estate
to their historic glory.

To be successful as our Hotel Operations Manager you need:
The ideal Hotel Operations Manager:
· Must have experience within a similar role with site and P&L visibility
· Strong Hospitality Background, preferably F&B driven experience gained in boutique hotels or those with personality, with proven levels of success
· Excellent management skills, including recruiting, inspiring, performance managing and leading a team and an exceptional manager
· Commercially astute to analyse trends and identify opportunities
· Flexible in approach and a ‘Can do, will achieve’ attitude, experience in project management distinctly advantageous
