Thesleff Group is seeking an excellent Reservations Agent with a passion for hospitality and guest care.
As a reservations agent, you’ll be responsible for offering our restaurant guests impeccable service via our contact channels, including but not limited to phone and email, across restaurants that sit under Thesleff Group. You will be a champion for our brands and portray this in your communications to our guests.
You’ll be part of the team driving our reservations team through the expansion of our restaurants. Responsible for booking, converting and dealing with day to day guest queries via the telephone.

Responsibilities:
·Respond to and answer incoming calls, emails and all lines of enquiries from our guests.
·Meet SLA’s set by the department head in regard to responding to guests in line with brand quality and standards.
·To meet expected KPIs and conversion targets set by management.
·Taking and inputting reservations accurately and efficiently.
·Maintaining a professional and positive work ethic. Delivering excellent guest service on the phone to all guests.
·Achieving monthly targets set by the business.
·Dealing with multiple restaurants as assigned by the manager.
·Maintaining knowledge of sites, offerings, and company values.
·Being positive and responsive to any guest’s requests.
·Maximising business opportunities in line with guest experience.
·Informing supervisors and managers of any complaints/ comments/ perceived issues from guests and dealing with them where appropriate.
·Being flexible to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability assigned as per the business needs.
·Work alongside the events team to ensure you pass on enquiries that the reservations team are unable to accommodate but events may convert.
