Key Benefits:

  • Private Health Insurance.
  • 10 days fully paid sick leave.
  • 50% off when visiting the restaurant with family & friends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture high-quality photography and videography showcasing our venues, food, cocktails, events, and overall brand experience.

  • Develop visually compelling content for digital platforms, including social media, website, advertising, and PR.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute engaging campaigns and ensure all visuals align with brand identity.
  • Edit and enhance photos and videos to maintain a polished, high-end aesthetic that reflects the luxury nature of our venues.
  • Create short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, keeping up with social media trends.
  • Plan and execute shoots across multiple venues, managing lighting, composition, and post-production editing.
  • Manage and organise a content library, ensuring easy access to high-quality visuals for various marketing needs.
  • Collaborate with chefs, bartenders, and events teams to capture new menu items, behind-the-scenes content, and exclusive experiences.
  • Stay ahead of visual trends in the hospitality and luxury sectors, ensuring Thesleff Group remains at the forefront of creative content.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Photographer & Videographer, ideally within hospitality, luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands.

  • Expertise in photo and video editing software (Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
  • Ability to work both creatively and strategically, producing engaging content that aligns with brand objectives.

  • Knowledge of social media platforms and content trends, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • A passion for storytelling and hospitality, with a keen eye for detail and brand aesthetics.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
