Thesleff Group is seeking an exceptional Creative Director to join our visionary team, leading the creative direction and brand identity of our award-winning luxury hospitality venues. With a passion for design, storytelling, and innovation, you will drive the evolution of our brands, ensuring every element embodies the excellence and distinctiveness for which we are known.

This is a brand new position within the business and will report into the Chief Marketing Officer. The Creative Director will also have a team of four reporting into them, Graphics and Content in this new and expanding team.

Our portfolio includes the globally acclaimed Los Mochis restaurants in Notting Hill & London City, the iconic Sale e Pepe in Knightsbridge, the vibrant Viajante87 cocktail bar and lounge in Notting Hill and also our Omakase - JUNO & LUNA. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the creative vision, strategy and brand guidelines for Thesleff Group’s brands, ensuring consistent alignment with our luxury hospitality ethos.
• Lead the design, branding, and marketing efforts across all venues, maintaining a unified visual and experiential identity.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and events teams to create compelling campaigns and materials that resonate with target audiences.
• Oversee the development of all branded assets, including menus, signage, packaging, and digital content such as website design, email marketing & templates
• Lead photo and video shoots, ensuring assets capture the essence of our venues and experiences.
• Continuously innovate by identifying creative visual trends, technologies, and content strategies to enhance the guest experience.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, designers, and creative professionals to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
• Foster a creative, collaborative culture within the organisation, mentoring and inspiring team members to excel.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 8-12 years of proven experience in a senior creative role, ideally within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or related industries.
• Exceptional creative vision with a track record of delivering innovative campaigns and concepts.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor diverse teams.
• Excellent project management abilities, including budgeting and timeline oversight.
• Expertise in branding, design, and digital marketing, with proficiency in creative software tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the luxury market and a passion for storytelling and experiential design.
