Thesleff Group is on the lookout for a creative and culturally tuned-in Social Media & Content Manager to lead the strategy, storytelling, and social identity across our diverse portfolio of luxury hospitality venues. This is a unique opportunity for someone who lives and breathes content, thrives on engaging audiences, and knows how to bring a brand to life across platforms.

Reporting into the Head of Marketing and working closely with our in-house Creative, PR, and Digital teams, you’ll be responsible for shaping the online presence of some of London’s most exciting restaurant and bar brands — from elevated omakase experiences to lively cocktail bars and fine-dining institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the social media strategy and day-to-day management across all brand platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Develop engaging, original, and brand-aligned content calendars, balancing visual storytelling with key commercial goals.
  • Manage on-site content capture (in collaboration with our in-house photo/video team), including behind-the-scenes, UGC, reels, and campaign content.
  • Write compelling copy and captions tailored to each platform and brand tone of voice.
  • Monitor community engagement and act as the voice of each brand — responding to comments, DMs, and conversations in a timely, on-brand manner.
  • Analyse performance metrics and social insights, using data to optimise strategy and reporting regularly to the wider team.
  • Support with influencer activations, content partnerships, and cross-functional marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency and high visual standards across all digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with creative, PR, and marketing teams on wider content and campaign planning.

Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in a social media and/or content role, ideally within hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, or luxury sectors.
  • Strong understanding of platform trends, digital culture, and emerging formats especially on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with strong attention to tone, detail, and grammar.
  • Confident briefing, directing, and collaborating with content creators, photographers, and videographers.
  • Highly organised with the ability to plan, multitask, and manage fast-moving content calendars.
  • Proficiency with scheduling platforms and social insights tools.
  • A love for hospitality, food, drink, and culture with an eye for what makes content engaging and shareable.
