Thesleff Group is seeking a talented and passionate Content Creator to join our growing in-house team. This is an exciting opportunity to bring to life the stories, flavours, and experiences behind some of London’s most dynamic hospitality venues – including Los Mochis Notting Hill, Los Mochis City, Sale e Pepe, Viajante87, and our Omakases JUNO and LUNA, with even more openings on the horizon.

We are looking for a visually driven storyteller who can capture the spirit of our restaurants through compelling photo, video, and social-first content. You'll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brands, working closely with the Creative, Marketing, and Operational teams to deliver fresh, engaging content across all platforms.

The Role:

As Content Creator, you will be responsible for generating high-quality, original content that supports our marketing strategy and showcases the essence of our brands. From new menu launches and behind-the-scenes kitchen stories to team features and venue highlights – your work will be central to how our audiences see and engage with Thesleff Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging photo and video content across all venues
• Collaborate with the wider Creative and Marketing teams on campaign storytelling and brand messaging
• Develop all organic social media content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, Grid Posts) inline with the marketing plan.
• Stay ahead of social trends and content formats, adapting concepts to suit platform performance, optimising algorithms for maximum reach.
• Manage and maintain content libraries, ensuring assets are well-organised and easily accessible
• Assist with visual content needs for menus, email campaigns, websites, and internal communications
• Capture key moments across events, launches, behind-the-scenes, and VIP experiences
• Uphold and evolve each brand’s visual identity while pushing creative boundaries

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years experience in content creation, ideally in hospitality, lifestyle, luxury, or F&B
• Proven ability to increase followers, engagement, shoot and edit photo and video content (experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and mobile content creation)
• Skilled with editing software – Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop)
• A keen eye for detail, composition, and storytelling
• Passionate about food, culture, and creating meaningful brand content
• Organised, self-motivated, and confident working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong understanding of social media trends, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Comfortable working flexibly – including some evenings or weekends for content capture
