Thesleff Group is a collection of bold, experience-driven hospitality concepts built on creativity, culture, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. With venues including Los Mochis (Notting Hill & City), the iconic Sale e Pepe in Knightsbridge, Viajante87 cocktail bar, and our exclusive omakase experiences JUNO & LUNA, we are redefining the modern luxury dining landscape in London and beyond.
As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Marketing Manager to help bring our story to life brand by brand, guest by guest.
This is a career-defining opportunity for a dynamic, detail-driven marketing professional to step into a role with real scope, impact, and creativity.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Marketing Manager will play a central role in shaping and delivering the marketing vision across the Thesleff Group portfolio. From strategic planning to hands-on execution, you'll work across digital, PR, content, partnerships, and brand activations to create campaigns that resonate and convert.
You’ll be a brand guardian, a storyteller, and a results-driven operator—ready to elevate awareness, engagement, and loyalty across a multi-concept, experience-led group.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the development and execution of integrated marketing plans across all Thesleff Group brands
• Lead on campaign management, including content creation, email marketing, paid media, and performance tracking
• Manage day-to-day relationships with PR and creative agencies, ensuring alignment on messaging and goals
• Support the rollout of new openings, campaigns, and brand collaborations
• Coordinate in-house photoshoots, influencer outreach, and digital content calendars
• Monitor brand performance, competitor activity, and guest insights to inform strategy
• Work cross-functionally with Operations, Events, and Senior Leadership teams to ensure seamless brand communication at every level
• Contribute to the refinement of brand tone, voice, and visual identity
What We’re Looking For
• Strong knowledge of brand strategy, social media, PR, and digital marketing channels
• A natural storyteller who understands how to translate brand values into meaningful campaigns
• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with a sharp eye for detail
• Creative, commercially minded, and comfortable working across multiple brands
• A confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Passion for hospitality, culture, and luxury lifestyle experiences
What We Offer
• Highly competitive salary
• Private medical insurance
• Paid sick leave
• 50% dining discount across all venues
• Study support and learning & development opportunities
• A supportive, energetic team that celebrates creativity and innovation
This is a rare opportunity to make a meaningful impact on some of London’s most exciting hospitality brands while being part of a passionate, creative team.
Thesleff Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion within the workplace. We encourage applications from all qualified individuals regardless of race, colour, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or other legally protected status.
