Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

  • Coordinate with Back of House and Front of House teams to deliver seamless service.

  • Manage expectations and troubleshoot issues pre-event and on the day.

Commercial & Brand Contribution

  • Maintain accurate event budgets and reports.

  • Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities to enhance event offerings.

  • Support promotional efforts in collaboration with marketing, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

On-the-Day Execution

  • Oversee set-up, event flow, and break-down across all venues.

  • Lead the team on-site, ensuring the guest experience is flawless.

  • Manage last-minute changes with calm and efficiency.

Key Requirements & Skills

Experience & Knowledge

  • Proven experience planning and managing events within the hospitality or luxury sectors.

  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end event process, from proposal to delivery.

  • Familiarity with event platforms (e.g., TripleSeat, OpenTable) is an advantage.

  • Experience in managing budgets and vendor relationships.

Skills & Attributes

  • Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail.

  • A self-starter with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Calm under pressure and confident managing multiple priorities.

  • A passion for hospitality, creativity, and curating unforgettable experiences.
