Objectives of the Role:
Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings.
Work closely with the Head of Sales on client relationships and attraction
Research client needs and identify how our services address them.
Hire, train, motivate, and advise a high-performing sales team.
Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and forecasting.
Continuously develop skills for hiring, training, and leading team members, ensuring they use effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
Generate leads and establish long-lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base and extend the company’s reach.
Meet with potential clients, build strong relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.
Recruit, set objectives for, train, and coach sales representatives, while monitoring their performance and development.
Identify knowledge gaps within the team and implement targeted plans to address them.
Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven success in the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Superb leadership ability with a focus on motivating and inspiring teams.
