Key Responsibilities
Lead, inspire, and manage the bar team to deliver exceptional service and maintain the highest standards.
Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficiency, organisation, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Curate, develop, and manage the beverage programme, including cocktails, wines, and spirits.
Train and develop the team on product knowledge, mixology techniques, and guest engagement.
Monitor stock levels, ordering, and cost control to maximise profitability.
Drive innovation by introducing creative and seasonal drink offerings in line with the restaurant’s concept.
Build strong guest relationships, ensuring personalised and memorable experiences.
Work closely with the management team to align bar operations with overall restaurant objectives.
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion.
