Breakfast Manager – Sale e Pepe Mare

Sale e Pepe Mare is seeking an organised and guest-focused Breakfast Manager to join our opening team in early 2026. You will oversee the breakfast service, ensuring a smooth operation, exceptional hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Combining efficiency with warmth, you will lead and inspire the breakfast team while maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the breakfast service to consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Supervise and support the breakfast team, ensuring smooth coordination on the floor.
  • Anticipate guest needs, handle requests with professionalism, and build rapport with regulars.
  • Ensure the highest standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness throughout breakfast hours.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to guarantee prompt, accurate, and quality food delivery.
  • Train and mentor team members to uphold the restaurant’s service standards.
  • Manage opening procedures, daily checklists, and ensure readiness for service.
  • Monitor stock levels of breakfast items and communicate with management as required.

Requirements / Skills

  • Proven experience as a Breakfast Manager, Supervisor, or similar role in a premium, high-volume restaurant or hotel.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support a team.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • A guest-first mindset and genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage a fast-paced service.
  • Professional appearance and impeccable presentation standards.
  • Flexibility to work early morning shifts, including weekends.
