Chef de Partie – Sale e Pepe Mare

Sale e Pepe Mare is seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our opening kitchen team in early 2026. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standard within your designated station, supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in delivering an exceptional dining experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standard in your assigned section.
  • Follow recipes, plating guides, and portion control procedures accurately.
  • Assist in maintaining mise en place for your station, ensuring efficiency and organisation.
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to maintain smooth service and timing.
  • Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in menu execution and daily operations.
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Contribute ideas for new dishes and seasonal specials within your section.
  • Help train junior kitchen staff, fostering a culture of learning and teamwork.

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a premium, high-volume restaurant or hotel.
  • Strong technical skills and attention to detail within your station.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
  • Team player with excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Creative flair and a passion for culinary excellence.
  • Professional appearance and commitment to hygiene and safety standards.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak service hours.
