Bartender – Sale e Pepe Mare

We are looking for an energetic and skilled Bartender to join the opening team at Sale e Pepe Mare, launching in early 2026. You will be at the heart of our bar operation, preparing exceptional drinks with flair, delivering warm and attentive service, and helping to create an atmosphere that keeps guests coming back for more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft and serve cocktails, wines, and other beverages to the highest standard.
  • Provide attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service to all bar and restaurant guests.
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge, including classic and signature cocktails, wines, and spirits.
  • Assist in creating new and innovative drink offerings in line with the restaurant’s concept.
  • Keep the bar well-stocked, clean, and organised at all times.
  • Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Work closely with the bar and floor team to ensure smooth and efficient service throughout the shift.

Requirements / Skills

  • Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-volume, premium hospitality venue.
  • Strong mixology skills and a passion for cocktails, wine, and spirits.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • A team player with a proactive attitude and positive energy.
  • Impeccable grooming and professional presentation.
