  • Uphold food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations at all times.
  • Contribute to menu development and bring ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and minimise waste through efficient practices.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and well-prepared section during and after service.

Benefits

  • Private medical insurance.
  • Paid sick leave.
  • Study support scheme.
  • Complimentary staff meals during shifts.
  • 50% dining discount when visiting with family & friends.
  • People-focused culture with strong teamwork values.
  • Opportunities for career progression across the expanding Thesleff Group.

Requirements / Skills

  • Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or strong Chef de Partie in a high-quality, high-volume kitchen.
  • Solid technical cooking skills and knowledge of Italian cuisine (desirable).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • A team player with leadership qualities, able to train and motivate junior chefs.
  • Passion for quality ingredients, presentation, and consistency.
  • Excellent awareness of food hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
