We’re looking for a Payroll Administrator who will assist the Payroll Manager with the processing of Payroll for the group and be responsible for the administration associated with that. More specifically

• You'll run and process timesheets ensuring they're all allocated to the correct location, track employee absences and maintain individuals statutory payments and you'll review monthly data changes made on the payroll system.
• You'll perform monthly calculations for various payroll elements, process monthly adjustments, issue P45's to leaving employees.
• You'll work closely with the People Team to ensure employee records are entered correctly, communicating any reminders to the business to ensure the timely and accurate processing of payroll.
• As a key point of contact in the Central team, you'll be providing support for employee payroll queries
• You'll assist with administration of Pension contributions and administer all staff loans including season ticket loan and Ride to work and ensure casual holiday accruals are reported and paid out appropriately.
• We'll also expect you to keep up to date with monthly payroll and People trackers and ensure that they match with internal systems.

We're looking for somebody who is keen to build a career in payroll, who ideally has some experience in a previous administrative role, demonstrating your ability to work to tight deadlines, maintain confidentiality and attention to detail. Most importantly, you'll be driven and enthusiastic and naturally build credible relationships with employees and managers across the business.
