With the opening of brand new, extraordinary clubs in inspiring locations across London, alongside the development and launch of brand new, market leading products and services, this is the time to come on board the Finance team at a company that genuinely strives to be the Best in Class. We’re looking for an Accounts Assistant who will be responsible for assisting the finance team in providing financial information on all sites within the group, as well as the processing of payments.

Role responsibilities:

• Ensure all purchase invoices are accurately processed, with PO’s raised for them, within the supplier terms.
• Ensure all purchase invoices are posted to the correct general ledger/department/cost centre codes.
• Monthly supplier statement reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Ensure all suppliers accounts are tidy and up to date and general maintenance of the Purchase Ledger.
• Deal with any queries resolving or escalating where required.
• Proactively make suggestions on ways to improve current processes or procedures.

About You:

• Experience of processing invoices is essential
• Business Central experience would be great, but any systems experience is helpful
• Someone able to take initiative and be proactive
• Strong communication skills, able to communicate at all levels with confidence, both internally and externally
• Organisational skills and good time management
