We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who will primarily focus on finding exceptional people to lead our in-club teams and ensure our members have an extraordinary experience every time they visit us.
You’ll be partnering with our club General Managers to ensure we seamlessly deliver on our recruitment objectives. Your mission will be to go and find amazing people to join us, ensuring the needs and expectations of both our hiring managers and our candidates are met, whilst putting candidate experience at the heart of everything you do and deliver.

About You:
We’re keeping an open mind on where you gained your recruitment experience, but we know for sure that you’ll need to have experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and be able to build strong relationships with multiple business stakeholders. Perhaps you’re an agency recruiter looking to make a move in-house, a graduate recruiter who is looking for a more diverse pool of exceptional candidates to work with, an in-house recruiter looking to work for one of the most exciting brands in London, or a hybrid of all – what we really want is a dedicated, high energy and passionate recruiter. You’ll need to have and be able to demonstrate your experience working in a fast-paced, deadline driven, customer focused environment as well as your ability to ensure a positive and memorable candidate experience to everyone who interacts with us.
