Talent Acquisition Partner

Description

Third Space is a collection of luxury health clubs in London; individual in style, bound by a common philosophy: to provide outstanding fitness spaces that members feel are their own. Our people are the creators that bring the space to life.  We’re a team of motivators, inventors, and coaches; always striving to grow and evolve. It’s not just a job, it’s a lifestyle. We inspire our members to fulfil their lives and they rely on us…and we wouldn’t have it any other way. This is our space.

With the opening of brand new, extraordinary clubs in inspiring locations across London, alongside the development of a compelling Employee Value Proposition, this is the time to come on board the Talent Acquisition team at a company that genuinely inspires people to fulfil their lives and be their personal best. We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who will primarily focus on finding exceptional people to lead our in-club teams and ensure our members have an extraordinary experience every time they visit us.

You’ll be partnering with our club General Managers to ensure we seamlessly deliver on our recruitment objectives. Your mission will be to go and find amazing people to join us, ensuring the needs and expectations of both our hiring managers and our candidates are met, whilst putting candidate experience at the heart of everything you do and deliver.

More specifically, you will:

  • Manage all aspects of the hiring process to ensure a professional, seamless and timely delivery on filling all vacancies.
  • Act as a business partner and trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with a network of talented people and potential candidates for the future and being mindful that there’s always a potential if someone is great, we will have a role for them in the future.
  • Ensure that a best-in-class ‘Candidate Experience’ is consistently delivered in order to maintain credibility of both our employer and consumer brands and tap in to unknown talent pools from candidate referrals.
  • Be a brand advocate and uphold standards at all times in order to effectively contribute to the overall People Strategy and deliver on the company mission, vision and values.

 About You:

We’re keeping an open mind on where you gained your recruitment experience, but we know for sure that you’ll need to have experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and be able to build strong relationships with multiple business stakeholders. Perhaps you’re an agency recruiter looking to make a move in-house, a graduate recruiter who is looking for a more diverse pool of exceptional candidates to work with, an in-house recruiter looking to work for one of the most exciting brands in London, or a hybrid of all – what we really want is a dedicated, high energy and passionate recruiter. You’ll need to have and be able to demonstrate your experience working in a fast-paced, deadline driven, customer focused environment as well as your ability to ensure a positive and memorable candidate experience to everyone who interacts with us.

More specifically, you:

  • Have hands-on experience leading the way, owning and overseeing full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Are passionate about candidate experience and people’s career development, making sure all candidates get the best in class experience they expect and deserve.
  • Have gravitas and a natural ability to galvanise people. You are able to gain respect and be sought out for your advice.
  • Are meticulously well organised, a self-starter and go-getter which in turn enables you to manage a high volume, deadline driven workload and multiple conflicting priorities.

As well as joining a high-growth, entrepreneurial and premium lifestyle brand, we have a suite of benefits designed to help you maximise good health and wellness. You and a friend or family member will be given a complimentary Group membership which will give you access to all of our clubs and we will actively encourage you to use your additional benefits which include discounted rates across our Spa, Medical, Nutrition and Hospitality brands. Additionally, you’ll be rewarded with a good holiday allowance, study support and quarterly team away days to have input to the overall People strategy.

If you’re interested in joining a luxury, entrepreneurial and people centric business and keen to understand the workings of a high performing Talent Acquisition team, this could be the opportunity for you.
