We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who will focus purely on delivering the talent acquisition strategy for our Fitness and Personal Training Department.

 

You’ll be working alongside the Head of Talent, Fitness Director and our club fitness teams and your role will be integral to ensuring our success in being the employer of choice for Personal Trainers in London. Your mission will be to go and find exceptional, dedicated and client-focused Personal Trainers to join us, ensuring we achieve our hiring goals through delivery of our assessment led recruitment process and always keeping the experience of all of our candidates at the heart of everything you do and deliver.

 

More specifically, you will:

 

  • Be relentless in the search for exceptional talent, taking advantage of all networking opportunities in order to build comprehensive, qualified networks that will enable us to meet our members demand for Personal Training now and in the future.
  • Manage all aspects of the PT Assessment Centre process to ensure a professional, seamless and timely delivery on filling all vacancies
  • Effectively contribute to the overall People Strategy and deliver on the company mission, vision and values

 

About You:

 

Our extensive research has informed us that the perfect candidate for this position must have:

  • Experience in building a successful PT Business and a passion and proven track record in delivering quality, member-focused Personal Training.
  • Prior experience of hiring exceptional talent (for a premium multi-site leisure or hospitality brand would be beneficial but not essential).

 

More specifically, you:

  • Are an expert user of social media and have an extensive network of industry contracts.
  • Confidently deliver presentations, training workshops, public speaking and networking led activities.
  • Are passionate about candidate experience and people’s career development, making sure all candidates get the best in class experience they expect and deserve.
  • Have gravitas and a natural ability to galvanise people. You are able to gain respect and be sought out for your advice.
  • Are meticulously well organised, a self-starter and go-getter which in turn enables you to manage a high volume, deadline driven workload and multiple conflicting priorities.
