People Data & Systems Administrator

Description

Third Space is a collection of luxury health clubs in London; individual in style, bound by a common philosophy: to provide outstanding fitness spaces that members feel are their own. Our people are the creators that bring the space to life.  We’re a team of motivators, inventors, and coaches; always striving to grow and evolve. It’s not just a job, it’s a lifestyle. We inspire our members to fulfil their lives and they rely on us…and we wouldn’t have it any other way. This is our space.

With the opening of brand new, extraordinary clubs in inspiring locations across London, this is the time to come on board the People Operations team at a company that genuinely inspires people to fulfil their lives and be their personal best. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Data & Systems Administrator to join our People (HR) team! As our People Data & Systems Administrator, you'll be responsible for managing all HR data using our HRIS platforms, while also providing key HR administration across the team.

In this role, you'll be tasked with producing regular and ad hoc reports, delivering high-quality and accurate people data and service information to the business, and streamlining reporting processes. You'll act as our Cascade & Freshdesk specialist, providing advice and support to the People team and wider business, while also implementing system upgrades and supporting the general maintenance of the system.

You'll be responsible for supporting the People Operations Manager with process improvements and continuous improvements, and developing and implementing new processes and systems for efficient people management. Additionally, you'll work in tandem with the People Operations Administrator to prepare and deliver HR documents and carry out day-to-day administrative tasks, (with a 30/70 split).

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an HR department, a good understanding of general HR processes, and advanced working knowledge of an HRIS (Iris advantageous). You'll be proactive in identifying process improvements and enhancements, with a high attention to detail, accuracy, and speed of input. You'll be highly analytical with strong analytical skills, a strong commitment to data integrity, and strong MS Office skills, especially Excel. Experience using PowerBI is advantageous, and you'll be process and data-driven.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team, working on key People projects, and making a real impact on our business. If you're passionate about people data and systems administration and are looking for your next challenge, then we want to hear from you!
