Third Space is a collection of luxury health clubs across London, each unique in style but united by one mission: To be the best health club in the world in the eyes of our members. It’s our people that bring these spaces to life, and with new clubs opening and a strong Employee Value Proposition, now is the time to join our People team as we strive to be Best in Class.

We are now looking for a People Partner to join, working closely with General Managers, Heads of Department, and the wider People team to deliver the People Agenda. This is a true generalist role covering:

  • Business Partnering & Insights: Coaching and consulting stakeholders, advising on HR policies, and using  people data to identify trends and shape strategy.

  • Talent Management: Drive feedback culture, talent planning, succession, and development initiatives in partnership with L&D and Talent Acquisition teams.

  • Employee Relations: Provide trusted advice, manage ER cases end-to-end, deliver training, and anticipate issues before they arise.

  • People Team Support: Contribute to projects and take initiative to ensure continuous improvement across clubs.

About You

  • Experience across the full employee lifecycle and ER case management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, balanced with emotional intelligence and sound judgement. Someone comfortable with the grey and providing advice in that.
  • A collaborative style, able to build trust, influence, and challenge stakeholders.
  • Confidence in using people data and insights to drive strategy.
  • A growth mindset, someone comfortable to challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement, enabling us to get better as we get bigger.
