About Us
Third Space is a collection of luxury health clubs in London, individual in style and bound by a common philosophy: to be the best health club in the world in the eyes of our members. Our environments are meticulously designed, and our facilities are maintained to the highest possible standards. In December 2025, we opened club number 14 at The Whiteley, and our plan for the next five years is to more than double our estate.
The Role
We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and continue to evolve our recruitment function across our clubs. This is a high impact, high challenge role which is responsible for driving hiring excellence, shaping our talent strategy, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will lead a team of three TA Partners, whilst working closely with General Managers and senior stakeholders to ensure we attract and hire exceptional talent at pace.

Leadership & Team Development
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of 3 TA Partners
Foster a high-challenge, high-trust culture
Provide mentoring, feedback, and development opportunities
Act as an escalation point for complex hiring challenges
Operational Excellence
Own end-to-end recruitment for key functions and the wider team
Ensure efficient, fair, and high-quality hiring processes
Deliver against hiring timelines for new club openings and business-critical roles
Optimise attraction strategies and drive inclusive hiring practices
Identify and escalate high risk areas to the business
Adapt and evolve our processes in a constantly changing, and sometime ambiguous, environment

Influence and guide hiring managers on best practice
Champion exceptional candidate experience and continue to develop our employer brand
Collaboration & Strategy
Partner with People teams to support talent planning and succession
Contribute to internal mobility and leadership development initiatives
Promote knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement across TA
Play a key role in shaping future hiring strategies
Help formulate and strategize our new club plans to ensure we hire exceptional people, on time and within budget
