IT Support Engineer

Third Space is a collection of luxury health clubs in London; individual in style, bound by a common philosophy: to provide outstanding fitness spaces that members feel are their own. Our people are the creators that bring the space to life.  We’re a team of motivators, inventors, and coaches; always striving to grow and evolve. It’s not just a job, it’s a lifestyle. We inspire our members to fulfil their lives and they rely on us…and we wouldn’t have it any other way. This is our space.

With the opening of brand new, extraordinary clubs in inspiring locations across London, alongside the development of our digital offering, this is the time to come on board the IT team at a company that genuinely strives to be the Best in Class. We have an exciting new opportunity to join our expanding IT Team and looking for an IT Support Engineer to work together with the team in supporting hardware and software infrastructure across Third Space.

In this role, you’ll be working closely alongside the IT Manager, and the wider Third Space team, in supporting daily IT functions across all clubs in order to help us in the day-to-day operations of the business.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver first- and second-line IT support across hardware, software, and network systems - both remotely and onsite.
  • Own and resolve support tickets via our internal helpdesk, escalating through our MSP when needed.
  • Support and administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune) and Active Directory (user provisioning, GPO, password resets).
  • Troubleshoot and maintain a wide range of systems including Windows OS, VoIP (3CX), POS, CCTV, AV, and multifunction printers.
  • Conduct proactive site visits to troubleshoot issues, perform system checks, and ensure IT readiness.
  • Play a key role in onboarding new sites and supporting infrastructure upgrades.
  • Collaborate with the Senior IT Support Engineer and IT Manager on escalated issues and project rollouts.
  • Maintain clear documentation, asset inventories, and contribute to process improvements.
  • Participate in our on-call rota for high-priority incidents, ensuring rapid response and clear communication.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–3 years of hands-on IT support experience, ideally in a multi-site environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking, and business-critical applications.
  • Experience with tools like Active Directory, VoIP (3CX), printers, POS, and AV systems.
  • A proactive mindset—you don’t just wait for tickets, you look for ways to improve systems and prevent issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues in plain English.
  • A calm, professional, and empathetic approach to user support.
  • A willingness to learn, document, and take ownership of your work.
  • Bonus points for Microsoft certifications (MS-900, MD-102), or familiarity with ITIL, asset management, or project delivery.

What You’ll Get From Us

  • The chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced, purpose-driven organisation.
  • A collaborative team environment where your ideas and initiative are valued.
  • Opportunities to grow—whether that’s stepping into a Senior IT Support Engineer role or leading internal improvement projects.
  • A varied and dynamic role where no two days are the same.
  • A culture that values professionalism, curiosity, and a passion for helping others.
