As we expand, we are looking for an innovative, driven and entrepreneurial CRM Executive to help us bring our digital ambitions to life.
About the role:
Reporting into the Digital marketing Manager, the
successful candidate will take up the CRM Executive position, owning all direct
to member communications and campaigns (eCRM, app push messages, text
campaigns). The successful candidate will be critical in the business’ growth
strategy.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited
to:
- Own the member journey end-to-end from a
communications strategy and execution point of view:
- Looking at automated and tactical messaging
throughout the prospect and member lifecycle showcasing key benefits and club
features to ensure they get the most from their membership.
- Identify and create member segments (eg. new
joiner, high risk, engaged, un-engaged etc)
- Map current user journey and build clear communication
plans for identified segments to support business objectives (acquisition,
retention and secondary revenue)
- Along with data analyst, own segmentation and
personalisation, proposing segments utilising member data to deliver more
relevant campaigns
- Own reporting on the success of these
campaigns/strategies
- Work closely with brand, digital, events,
business and sales teams to ensure a cohesive marketing communication plan
- Work with design agency and Assistant Brand Manager
to create impactful marketing communications that you are proud of
- Along with the Digital Marketing Manager, lead
the review and procurement of necessary tools to enhance Third Space CRM
capability (CRM tools, analytics tools)
- Work with Data & Insights Analyst to deliver
valuable insight, understanding how our members engage with our marketing
activity and in turn our services. Use this data to constantly review and
improve campaign performance and build CRM plans and strategies

Skills and Experience:
- Marketing professional with 3-5 Years CRM
experience working within an established brand or agency
- Ideal candidate will have experience working in
the travel, retail or health and fitness sectors
- Experience of working with data in a CRM
environment (e.g. working with customer data, personalisation and complex
databases) to deliver measurable business impact.
- Experience working with CRM tools (no specific
tool preferred), building rules based campaigns and automated journeys
- Analytically competent with experience in
statistics and analysis
- Confident copywriter with excellent written
English
- Basic HTML experience preferred
- Basic SQL experience preferred
- Strong understanding of data privacy and GD
