With the opening of brand new, extraordinary clubs in inspiring locations across London, alongside the development of our digital offering, this is the time to come on board the Marketing team at a company that genuinely strives to be the Best in Class. We’re looking for a Brand Manager who will develop the Third Space app pipeline, and work across the execution of all digital marketing projects for the group.

You’ll work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer & Head of Club Marketing clubs to develop internal and external apps, enhancing member experience and improve retention.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Fully manage all Digital Marketing projects.  Initially this will be very focused on the rebuild of the back-end system of the app, and further down the line will also include projects such as A/B testing of new wesbite design and functonality to improve prospect journeys
  • Manage key relationships with agency partners including design agencies and app developers.
  • Have full ownership of app acquisition, engagement and performance analytics including reporting to stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Ensure the maintenance of the Third Space website via our CMS system (Wordpress), keeping information on the site up to date and relevant.
  • Work alongside fellow brand managers to devise and deliver content and comms strategy for The Third Space App, driving member engagement.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business and support HODs from Sales, Group Exercise, PT, NFF, Concierge, Medical and Spa

Driven by data and customer experience, the successful candidate will have clear commercial acumen, able to build plans inline with our business goals. They’ll be a self-motivated team player, with exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills. Working with a broad range of stakeholders including Senior Leaders, the Brand Manager will be a confident communicator, and bring a strategic way of thinking to a dynamic and fast paced role.

About you:

  • You’ll be an experienced Marketing professional with 3+ years’ experience working within a brand or agency
  • You’ll have experience developing and/or managing consumer facing mobile apps (iOS and Android)
  • Experience managing Development & Design agencies
  • Experience using a CRM system such as Hubspot or MailChimp to send email campaigns
  • Experience using a CMS system such as WordPress
  • We’d love you to have experience in of a membership model and/or within the health & fitness sector (desirable)
