Description

Third Space is a collection of luxury health clubs in London; individual in style, bound by a common philosophy: to provide outstanding fitness spaces that members feel are their own. Our people are the creators that bring the space to life.  We’re a team of motivators, inventors, and coaches; always striving to grow and evolve. It’s not just a job, it’s a lifestyle. We inspire our members to fulfil their lives and they rely on us…and we wouldn’t have it any other way. This is our space.

Over the last 2.5 years we have elevated the Third Space brand thanks to the events we have delivered, both internally and externally. Alongside the opening of brand new clubs and doubling our estate in London, the evolution of Third Space’s events is exciting, and you could be a part of it.

We’re now looking for an Events and Partnerships Manager who will take the lead on delivering our large-scale external events. Working closely with the Senior Brand Manager for Events and Partnerships, this role combines curating large-scale, high-impact events with driving event strategy, taking our events to the next level and beyond.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Own and produce multiple events across the event calendar, including cross-club and external partnerships
  • Lead on new event concepts including Third Space Retreats
  • Produce events across the event pillars, including member get member, in club and new club.
  • Communicate effectively with all relevant stakeholders across the business
  • Build and nurture relationships with partner brands
  • Collaborate across the marketing team to align on strategy and campaigns
  • Manage the events budget effectively across the full calendar
  • Monitor performance and success metrics, with growth mindset and continuous improvement mentality

About you:

  • Extensive experience in events and/or brand activation from a multisite business
  • Luxury leisure or fitness industry experience is preferable
  • Proven experience of delivering large-scale events
  • Proactive, able to take initiative
  • Able to execute events with wider strategy in mind
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Able to work flexibly (unsociable hours and weekend on occasion, depending on event)
  • Strong commercial acumen

One of our five brand pillars is Tuned in to London, and for this role we are passionate about finding someone who has a strong and effective knowledge of London, that they’re able to tap into to ensure the success of our events.

If you are interested in this role, please apply directly.

To ensure a fair and timely process, we may close the advert early if we receive a high volume of strong applications.
